Example: When Edinboro senior QB #7 TREVOR HARRIS (6020, 210) takes the field records usually fall and Saturday was no different as his 423 passing yards broke his own school record for passing yards in a game as he led Edinboro to a 42-30 win over West Liberty State. Harris threw two touchdown passes on 27 of 36 passing with just one interception while also tacking on 30 yards and one score on the ground. With his performance, he also moved into eighth place in PSAC history in career passing yards, seventh in total offense, eighth in TD passes, and tied for eighth place in passing attempts. The performance earned him PSAC West Offensive Player of the Week honors.

.. Grand Valley State senior QB #13 BRAD ICIEK (6010, 195) showed why he is one of the best in D2 with 216 yards and three touchdowns on 17 of 25 passing as GVSU defeated WTAMU 37-23. He also ran for one score as well. Despite his production though, he is just too small to play QB in the NFL. HE could be a solid prospect for the CFL or UFL though.

The South Atlantic Conference possibly saw their first glimpse of a future star in Wingate sophomore RB #34 VINCE JORDAN (5094, 215) who posted career-highs of 215 yards, 19 carries, and three scores as he helped Wingate rally for a 38-17 win over West Georgia. Jordan started going off late in the first quarter with a 2-yard run and then posted runs of 83 and 28 yards in the third quarter for touchdowns.
